Maia's Provolone

Maia's provolone is a mature mozzarella cheese made from rich local cows' milk. In Argentina it has a larger  diameter - the size of say a CD - and fried on both sides with oregano. This trend has now reached Spain. Maia brings you this cheese in a smaller version. Also good to eat cold with biscuits or can eat melted as with all the mozzarella family.
